Mail merge

Merge Emails

Emails can be merged for the selected client (subject to access rights)

  • Choose the email template to be used​

  • Template is automatically based on the client's preferred language

  • Merge from the extensive list of merge fields

  • Templates can be created or modified

  • Any client documents can be attached to the email (encrypted)

  • Sent emails are recorded against the client's sent emails list where they can be resent if required

Report Designer

Create and manage reports ​(subject to access rights)

  • Combine pivots and or charts

  • Add to customised menus

  • Allow only certain users to be able to run report

  • Pivots allow you to group, sort or filter​ by any field

  • Charts are linked to the pivot so change as the pivot is adjusted

  • Easily save an amended report as a new report available to all (or some) users

  • Export as PDF or Excel
